Shipping & Returns Policy
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes- orders must include the actual street address for delivery- orders submitted with a P.O. Box shipping address will not be processed. Most purchases take 1-2 business days for processing and are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within 7-10 business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
- Photos, Back Issues, Page Prints and Custom Article Reprints: Please allow up to 10-14 days for processing.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If, within 30 days of your purchase, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value minus shipping charges. Return & replacement processes may vary, please contact our customer service team for instructions.
All sales are final on personalized items, newspaper books, back issues, printing plates, photos and page prints unless they arrive damaged. If they do arrived damaged, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement.
Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less shipping charges. Once a refund is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be reflected on your billing statement.
